Stuart Weitzman recently opened its new flagship store in one of the prestigious malls in Jakarta.



Stuart Weitzman has officially opened their new flagship store under the management of Kanmo Group, in one of the most prestigious malls in Jakarta, Senayan City. Actress, model, and entrepreneur, Cinta Laura was present during the opening session of the new store to celebrate the new store of the famous American shoe brand.  

The new Stuart Weitzman store comes with a mix of modern designs with feminine accents following the brand’s DNA. The interior design of the store has a combination of soft textures with a touch of bold accents. The new flagship store surely will provide a comfortable feel for the customers while choosing their new favourite shoes.

The new flagship store of Stuart Weitzman is currently filled with the new Spring/Summer 2021 collection. This year, Stuart Weitzman brought back the classic collections that come with new silhouettes and colours to match the bright nuances of spring and summer. Casual, modern, and chic are the main keywords for the collection, they combine statement-making, embellishment, luxurious materials with bold colours, and nostalgic accents to implement the brand’s DNA that focuses on fashion, functionality, and the fit in every shoe. 


This season, Stuart Weitzman also teamed up with Serena William to bring girl power to society. 


Empowering Women 


For this Spring collection, Stuart Weitzman teamed up with tennis player, Serena William as their brand ambassador. However, there is something different in this season’s campaign, where Serena posed with her daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohainan, showing off the latest shoes from Stuart Weitzman Spring 2021, with the theme of Footsteps to Follow. The actress, tennis athlete, entrepreneur, posed in an all-black dress with her daughter who appeared as ‘Mini Serena’ in the same outfit and shoes. 


Serena William was pleased to have her Stuart Weitzman with her daughter. “She is a Mini Serena; I am happy to take my children to be part of this campaign,” Serena said. 


As a multi-talented woman, Serena has been Stuart Weitzman since 2020. Along with it, Stuart Weitzman has an ongoing charitable mission with the Vital Voice Global Partnership, an international non-profit organisation dedicated to investing in women leaders driving global change. Together with Serena William, Stuart Weitzman has selected two women leaders. The two women are Sage Ke'alohilani Quiamno and Ashlee Wisdom. Sage Ke'alohilani Quiamno is the co-founder of Future For Us - a platform dedicated to advancing women of color in the workplace. While Ashlee Wisdom is the founder of Health In Her HUE, a platform that connects black women with healthcare providers, services, and resources who are committed to their health and well-being.


This season, Serena is again the global ambassador for Stuart Weitzman, and this time she reflects on various aspects of being a modern woman. This Spring 2021, Serena shows how she could have a balanced life between career, family, and self-care as a black woman in this era.
