Preferred Hotels & Resorts has announced that they would add fifteen new hotels to their groups in 2021. Preferred Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest independent hotel brand, representing more than 750 distinctive hotels, resorts, residences, and unique hotel groups across the globe.s across the globe.

The global pandemic has not stopped Preferred Hotels & Resorts from adding their ventures in the hospitality sector. They would open more hotels across the globe in Europe, Northern America, and Latin America. 

So, Preferred Hotels & Resorts launched two new hotels in January 2021, in California, United States with Pendry West Hollywood and Palacio Provincial, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Pendry West Hollywood is a hotel with 149 guest rooms and 40 Pendry Residences. Palacio Provincial has 43 rooms and suites. The group is set to open another hotel in Tuscany, The Sense Experience Resort.  The resort will offer 112 rooms and suites with many boasting views of Elba Island and the Torre Mozza.

While in other parts of Europe, they would open a hotel in Sweden, Dagmar Bergsten—a trailblazing woman and ancestor of the owner's family Dagmar Bergsten—a trailblazing woman and ancestor of the owner's family. It offers 70 guest rooms in its 19th-century building. 

In February 2021, the hotel group announced the opening of Hotel Effie Sandestin in Miramar Beach, Florida. The hotel is located on 2,400 acres of Florida's Emerald Coast with 250 guest rooms and 12 suites. They also planned to open a new hotel in Florida with Esmé Miami Beach Hotel, a 145-room hotel comprising eight buildings and five restaurants and bars. 

Moving on, Preferred Hotels & Resorts would launch its new hotel in Piedmont, Italy with Casa di Langa. Piedmont is a region with the world’s finest wines, white truffles, and the landscape. Guests can enjoy farm-to-table cuisine with a modern twist at signature Fàula Ristorante and take advantage of a wide range of immersive experiences including cooking classes, workshops at the on-property wine academy, truffle hunting, and art tours.

While in London, they would open The Londoner, the hotel has 350 guest rooms, including 35 suites and a tower penthouse with London’s city views. The hotel is set to be one of the greenest hotels in the United Kingdom and will be employing pioneering methods of sustainable luxury.

The Wall Street Hotel in New York is part of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ new hotels with 180 spacious rooms and suites and Pendry Chicago with 364 guest rooms and suites and a signature restaurant and bar overseen by hospitality and nightlife pioneer, Andy Masi. 

 They would add another four hotels in America Liberty Trust Hotel, Roanoke, Virginia, United States with 54 guest rooms, Pendry Manhattan West, New York, United States with 164 rooms, Montage Big Sky, Montana, United States with 150 guest rooms and 39 Montage Residences and last but not least Pendry Park City, Utah, United States with 150 guest rooms and suites that people would love to enjoy.
