Buttonscarves Pleats Me is a modest fashion collection by the Southeast Asian brand Buttonscarves. It was shown on Friday, 30 October 2026, at City Hall, Pondok Indah Mall 3, during Jakarta Fashion Week 2027. It launches in November 2026 on the Buttonscarves website, app, and in all its stores. Prices have not been announced.

What is Buttonscarves Pleats Me?
Pleats Me is the newest collection from Buttonscarves, built around one idea: the pleat. Fine, small pleats add texture to clothes you can wear on an ordinary Tuesday. Wider pleats add volume and drama, the kind that looks best under runway lights.

Why did Buttonscarves choose fossil dunes?
Here is the surprising part: the inspiration is a landscape, not a fabric. Fossil dunes are sand dunes that turned into stone, and their surface is covered in clean, repeating lines. To the design team, those lines looked exactly like pleats.
Mifthahul Jannah, Creative Director of Buttonscarves, says the shape carries both beauty and a firm, confident look. Imagine running your fingers across a ridged rock surface, then picture that texture in fabric. That is the starting point.

How does the Bimu Monogram fit in?
The Bimu Monogram is Buttonscarves' signature pattern, and in this collection it ties everything together. On some pieces, it sits front and center. On others, it blends quietly into the folds of the fabric.
