At the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy, Honda updated their super sports bikes CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, Fireblade SP, and limited edition Fireblade SP. Especially for the limited edition model, this is Honda's gratitude for celebrating 30 years of success in presenting the CBR1000RR Fireblade model to fans around the world.

The presence of this CBR1000RR-R update complements Honda products in the European market, which for a year have received updates such as the Super Cub, Monkey, CB500F, CB500X, CBR500R, and NT1100. At the biennial exhibition, Honda showcased the new ADV350 model and the new colors SH125i, X-ADV, Forza 125, Forza 350, CB650R, CBR650R, CMX500 Rebel, CMX1100 Rebel, Gold Wing, and Gold Wing Tour.

Returning to the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP 30th Anniversary, this model is a refinement of the evolution of road racing motorcycles. Since its introduction in 1992, the Fireblade has always been a name called by motorsport fans with a 1,000 cc engine worldwide.

This special edition comes with Honda's signature tricolor, blue, white, and red, making this bike reminiscent of the first edition and has a classic aura. In addition to the tricolor, Honda also provides Grand Prix Red and Matte Pearl Morion Black. Both come with gold wheel rims. For the Grand Prix Red color comes with a numbering like in a racing competition.

The Fireblade still uses a 998 cc four-cylinder engine with a power of 214 hp, whose characteristics are described by Honda as overflowing in the middle and upper rounds. Honda presents the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) feature, which is enhanced for power management to the rear wheels, which was developed with HRC racers with an enhanced throttle lever for a better driving experience.

New material is used in the front disc of the Nissin, which improves braking ability both on the road and on the circuit for the standard Fireblade variant. Fireblade SP suspension uses Ohlins Smart Electronic Control (SE-C) with braking entrusted to Brembo. Especially for the SP variant, Honda has pinned a quick shifter feature for a better sporty driving feel.

Some of the details of this special edition include a special badge on the tank that celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Fireblade. This logo is also present on the FOB smart key, which is used to start the engine.

A unique edition logo is also present on the meter cluster when the driver starts the Fireblade SP engine. A remarkable 30-year edition is also listed on the Akrapovic exhaust specially designed for the Fireblade. This special edition also includes a production number because this bike is in limited production.

Other details are practically the same as the 2020 Fireblade SP. This motorbike each uses winglets on the side for driving stability and LED lighting for the modern side. In addition, the TFT screen makes it easy to adjust various functions on the motorcycle, including power, engine brake, HSTC, wheelie control, start mode, and ABS.

This sport bike still uses an aluminum chassis with a diamond design, an RC213V-S-style swingarm, a six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), and a three-level Honda Electronic Steering Damper.

Regarding the price, from the Honda UK page, this motorbike is valued at 23,999 pounds or Rp 456 million. However, in Indonesia, the Fireblade SP model is priced at Rp 1.1 billion. If this special edition arrives in Indonesia, the price will inevitably be much higher.
