The attractive colors and unique shape of 16 ilir market are the themes which was put by the designer to create ‘essentiality’, which means the way of thinking of being functional and minimalistic in fashion to give a clean and modern look. She applied brown—which exists inside of 16 ilir market—and colorful tones inside this building. The  H-line and A-line of her masterpiece are applied in accordance with symmetric designs.

Through the IFC’s concerted efforts, they believe that Indonesia can become a global fashion capital, by adhering to the philosophy of Local Inspiration with Contemporary Spirit.

Furthermore, they strive to reinforce the foundation of those involved in the fashion industry, namely government bodies, business entities, educational institutions, and fashion communities, through Seminars, Focus Group Discussions, Workshops, Domestic and International Trade Fairs. Our synchronized efforts will integrate planning and development to promote fashion as part of the creative industry.

The fashion industry is made up of creative subgroups consisting of design, sourcing, production, distribution, sales, marketing, environmental awareness, and archiving. IFC members, who are among Indonesia’s leading fashion designers, will be the first link in this creative chain.
