The culinary extravaganza will feature an array of traditional Indonesian dishes, meticulously prepared by talented chefs from four Hyatt hotels across the country.
Running from August 16th to 31st, 2023, the Nusantara Table buffet promises to take guests on a gastronomic journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Indonesia. For Rp460,000 net per person during lunch and dinner, diners can indulge in a feast fit for royalty.
From Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Chef Slamet will tantalize taste buds with his signature nasi goreng kampung, a flavorful Indonesian fried rice, and the ever-popular beef rendang. Meanwhile, Chef Adi Muliartha from Hyatt Regency Bali will showcase the best of Balinese cuisine, featuring the mouthwatering Balinese ayam betutu.
For a taste of Yogyakarta's royal dishes, Chef Dian from Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta will serve up kapiratu, ground beef wrapped in scrambled egg, and gecok ganem, a delicious Javanese white curry made with coconut milk and meatballs. Representing Alila Solo, Chef Tri Cahyono will present his signature sate buntel, a succulent dish of minced meat wrapped around bamboo skewers, and selat Solo, among other culinary delights.
These talented chefs bring with them a wealth of experience and a passion for their respective regional cuisines. Chef de Partie Slamet has been leading the charge of Indonesian cuisine at Grand Hyatt Jakarta since 2004. Chef de Partie Adi Muliartha hails from Tabanan, a regency in East Bali that has significantly influenced his Balinese cooking. With over 20 years of expertise, Sous-Chef Dian Arfendie from Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is a true master of Yogyakarta cuisine. Sharing his Javanese culinary heritage, Chef de Partie Tri Cahyono from Alila Solo brings an authentic taste of Java to the table.
