Jakarta Sneakers Day was finally back to the offline event in Senayan City from March 24th to 27th, check out what you had been missing out here.
Jakarta Sneakers Day was once again held offline in The Hall, located on the 8th floor of Senayan City mall from March 24th to 27th 2022. This marked the fifth JSD event where it was held offline in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The event was supported by PT Bank Centra Asia (BCA) which was also their main sponsor with 50 tenants participating in this event. The event also collaborated with TokoMall, Vans Indonesia, and the Indonesia Sneaker Team (IST). JSD perceived by means of giving a new experience to sneakers lovers in Indonesia.

Connect & Collaborate
Jakarta Sneakers Day 2022 carried the theme of “connect and collaborate” with the main goal of reigniting the spirit of solidarity to connect and collaborate in the advancement of the Indonesian creative economy, especially for sneakers without ignoring strict health protocols.
“After waiting for quite a long time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are finally able to gather once more in an event prided by sneakerheads,” said Andrey Noelfry, JSD Event Director said.
He also expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm from the visitors and various parties that have participated in the JSD 2022.
“Collaborating with various elements ranging from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), communities, retailers to the government, we hope that JSD 2022 can be a turning point to reignite the spirit of creativity after the pandemic,” he continued.
There were more than 50 tenants who participated in the event, both national and international. Some Indonesian art activists took part in the event to showcase their collaborations or the newest release of their signature products.
Some of them are Vans x Mooneyes by Dope & Dapper, Puma x Batman, KEEN x BEAMS, Surprise Drop & Special Release by ODD, Converse by You– FREE Customize your Chucks, Special Drop & Activation from Footlocker, Special Activation by New Balance, Special Release by Compass, Never Too Lavish x Adityalogy Decon Reckon AJ1 Low “Black Suit”, and more.
JSD was held until March 27th, 2022, with various shows and interesting exhibitions like the local & international brand exhibition, exclusive sneaker release, special drop, art exhibition, JSD Base, JSD Talks, IP Hub, raffles, donations, and more. Tickets were sold online for Rp 20,000 using a promotion from BCA or bought on the spot in their ticket booths with a normal price of Rp 100,000 that is eligible for a day one session only.
