Design
Volkswagen made the T-Cross look tough on the exterior, the way SUV usually does. The front is made to look firm with design lines unique to Volkswagen production. The grill is layered with chrome, in line with VW’s latest releases.

The front lights are LED, and the fog lamps feature Static Cornering Light technology, which gives the driver enhanced visibility through the turn.

The car has 17-inch wheels, and they come in dual-tone color. Apart from that, T-Cross also comes with a roof rail and shark fins antennae.

Dimensions-wise, the T-Cross is 4.22 m long, 1.76 m wide and 1.61 m tall.

Interior
The five-seater SUV comes with ambient white light to induce the impression of sportiness and elegance altogether. It has an eight-inch digital cockpit and ventilated leather seats, and it is also equipped with automatic air conditioning.

The car features a 10-inch touch screen head unit linked to Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The panel has wireless charging technology, along with four USB Type C charging ports.

The feather-layered steering wheel has multiple dials, and a sunroof is, of course, in order.

The 2,651-millimeter wheelbase makes the interior spacious, and the car is fitted with a wide 385-liter trunk.

Performance and fuel efficiency
Volkswagen T-Cross only has one engine variant available in Indonesia, which is a 1.0 TSI automatic transmission. The car can produce 115 horsepower in 5,000-5,500 rpm, and the max torque reaches 178 Nm at 1,750-4,500 rpm. Volkswagen claims that the vehicle consumes a liter of fuel for 16.44 km.

Features and safety
Apart from the sunroof and the aforementioned technologies, the T-Cross, of course, has cruise control.

In addition, it is also equipped with Electronic Stabilizer Program (ESP), multi-collision brake, six airbags, hill hold control, tire pressure monitoring system, park distance control with rear-view camera, three-point seat belts that come with a belt tensioner for the front seats, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, rear defogger and rear wiper-washer.

Variants
As mentioned, the T-Cross has only one engine option for the Indonesian market. However, buyers can choose one color from the following: Wild Cherry Red, Curcuma Yellow, Candy White, Reflex Silver, Carbon Steel Grey and Rising Blue.
