‘Gharana’ presents a haven of heritage from its exotic Northern Indian flavors in the heart of Jakarta, expertly curated by the talented Indian culinary team, under the helm of Indian Specialty Chef Pankaj Sharma.

Born in New Delhi - India, Chef Pankaj latched onto his ultimate dream to deliver the authentic Northern Indian cuisine through his delicate creations. Envisioning expansion, Chef Pankaj aims to showcase the distinctive flavors of dairy-based ingredients such as yogurt and spices from the northern region of India to the center of multicultural city, Jakarta - Indonesia with The Westin Jakarta.

Indulge in some of the highlighted cuisine of ‘Gharana’ with non-vegetarian and vegetarian selections for appetizers and main courses. Relish Chef’s special recipe, inspired by the ‘taste of home’ such as Gharana Fish Curry, Dal Gharana, and finishes with the sweets of Mere Ghar Anaa to ensure the remarkable Indian experience.
