The Geneva Watch Days event is a place for watch fans to see the latest products in the world of horology. Swiss independent watchmaker Louis Erard is no exception. Not one, but three models from their famous Le Regulateur series.

Louis Erard presents Excellence Regulateur Aventurine, Lapis-Lazuli, and Malachite. Each comes with a unique color, and only 99 pieces are produced per edition.

Visually, this watch does look attractive. More specifically, unique. The watch can be seen from the shape of the dial. Louis Erard did not provide information on what the dial is made of, but each gives its impression, according to the name of each model.

Louis Erard brings these three fragments of Earth back to the 21st century. A perfect mix of power, precision, and aesthetics. This watch takes precious stones, cuts them, and turns them into watch-shaped works of art.

Lapis-Lazuli is a natural rock that displays a dark blue color due to changes under high pressure and temperature. These stones are classified as precious stones and are sought after for their blue color and their ability to display light when polished. Malachite is a natural rock that features a bright green color.

Regarding the engine, these three Louis Erard watch models use automatic mechanics, the Sellita SW266-1. This machine has been proven to be used.

Hours are displayed at the top, seconds at the bottom. The minute hand in the shape of large spruce is in the center. The challenge in making this watch lies in the dial, which has two levels with the material cut to reveal the watch's mechanics.

We discuss per model. The Excellence Regulator Aventurine is like a watch that represents the night. It looks stands out with shiny material. Its name is taken from the Italian "aventura", which means adventure or opportunity, and was first coined by Venetian glass-blowers in the 17th century.

The dial looks beautiful as a meteor shower at night. It is also what makes Aventurine always an exciting material in the jewelry world.

The Excellence Regulateur Lapis-Lazuli has colors inspired by the morning, the turn of the night into the morning. This watch uses Lapis-Lazuli, a stone sought after for its dark blue color, more valuable than gold.

The Excellence Regulator Malachite features an attractive green color. This model seems to signal the final phase of the three models, which now represent the Earth. The wooden dial is the work of German artist Gerhard Richter.

Luxury watchmakers used malachite in the 1960s. Even though it took time to become a favorite material, this material makes a vintage aura but can still be achieved; it feels light and natural.

Each Louis Erard watch uses a strap made of nubuck leather with one color coloring and tone-on-tone stitching. "Deep" blue for Aventurine, "Oceania" for Lapis-Lazuli, and "Basilico" green for Malachite. This strap is equipped with a stainless steel pin buckle and spring, making the belt easy to replace.

Louis Erard offers these three watches at a staggering price, around 2,900 Swiss francs or $3,200. The price is low considering the work provided by Louis Erard.
