FOUR BRANDS JUST TURNED FOUR DIFFERENT OBSESSIONS INTO ONE RUNWAY SHOW HERE'S WHAT LAKON STORE'S PLESIR WAS REALLY ABOUT

Gemstones, kebaya, tropical jewelry, and 4,000 sold-out tops all shared one stage at BRI JF3 Fashion Festival 2026  and the through-line was more interesting than "collaboration".

Four designers. Four completely unrelated inspirations  a mineral's crystallization process, Indonesia's coral reefs, tropical jewelry-making, and a monochrome-fatigued color palette. One runway. That's the bet Lakon Store made at BRI JF3 Fashion Festival 2026, and somehow it worked.

Lakon Store PLESIR is a collection presentation staged on July 25, 2026, at BRI JF3 Fashion Festival in Jakarta, bringing together four labels under one umbrella: BLEE, By Roam, Komang Tri Jewelry, and Malina Alba. Each brand built its own

capsule around a different idea, then all four walked the same runway under a shared theme  "Plesir"  built around exploration, identity, and the collision of different perspectives.

What is the Lakon Store PLESIR Collection?

PLESIR isn't a single designer's line  it's a curated showcase. Lakon Store, an Indonesian creative fashion ecosystem, positioned itself as the connective thread between four brands that don't obviously belong together on paper.

At a glance:

  • 4 brands presented under one theme
  • 1 runway show, July 25, 2026, at BRI JF3 Fashion Festival
  • 4,000+ units sold of By Roam's Rania Top, the design basis for its new patchwork piece
  • 3 gemstones  Maxixe Beryl, Kyanite, Tsavorite Green  anchor two separate collections independently

What did each brand bring to the runway?

BLEE, a Jakarta streetwear label under PT Sroja Warna Indonesia, showed PRISM: a summer streetwear line built around gemstone formation, split into four phases  Purity, Pressure, Release, Becoming. Denim sets, vests, and thermochromic fabric pieces made the metaphor tactile rather than decorative.

By Roam, founded in Surabaya over a decade ago, reworked the kebaya  a garment usually reserved for formal occasions  into daily wear. Its LAUTAN collection stitched marine-life embroidery onto casual silhouettes, and tied every purchase to ocean conservation awareness.

Komang Tri Jewelry, run by a Jewelry Design and Management International School graduate who designed for the first Miss Universe Indonesia in Las Vegas, brought Tropicana Indonesia  jewelry shaped by tropical flora and native wildlife silhouettes, handcrafted using traditional techniques.

Malina Alba, a semi-tailored ready-to-wear label founded in 2023, closed with Sienna: an earthy, floral-accented palette in tweed and twill, built around oversized silhouettes and three-dimensional lily appliqués.

"Indonesia is blessed with extraordinary cultural and natural wealth. Batik, tropical flora and fauna, and our landscapes have always inspired every piece we create," said Komang Tri, Founder and Creative Director of Komang Tri Jewelry.

Why put four unrelated brands on the same runway?

Here's the part that's easy to miss: none of these collections reference each other. There's no shared color story, no matching fabric. The connection is conceptual  every brand treats transformation as the subject, not the aesthetic. BLEE literalizes it through a gemstone's four-stage formation. By Roam treats it as cultural revival. Komang Tri treats it as heritage reinterpreted. Malina Alba treats it as color reclaiming a muted world.

That's the surprising bit for anyone expecting a typical multi-brand showcase: PLESIR wasn't curated for visual cohesion. It was curated for thematic tension, letting four very different creative processes sit in the same room without smoothing out their differences.

What is BRI JF3 Fashion Festival 2026?

BRI JF3 Fashion Festival is a Summarecon initiative supported by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Creative Economy, and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Law. It's one of Jakarta's larger annual platforms for local fashion labels to reach a wider, retail-ready audience  not just industry insiders.

Frequently Asked Questions

PLESIR is a joint runway presentation by four Indonesian brands BLEE, By Roam, Komang Tri Jewelry, and Malina Alba staged under Lakon Store at BRI JF3 Fashion Festival 2026 in Jakarta. Each brand created an independent collection connected by the shared idea of transformation and identity, rather than a matching visual theme.
Four labels: BLEE (streetwear, under PT Sroja Warna Indonesia), By Roam (contemporary kebaya, from Surabaya), Komang Tri Jewelry (Bali-based fine jewelry), and Malina Alba (semi-tailored ready-to-wear, founded 2023). Each showed a standalone collection rather than a co-designed capsule.
LAUTAN reworks the kebaya traditionally worn for formal occasions into casual, everyday clothing, with marine-life embroidery tied to ocean conservation messaging. The design also reuses leftover fabric from By Roam's bestselling Rania Top, which has sold more than 4,000 pieces, as a sustainability measure.
