The Lanesborough Hotel in London has announced an exciting collaboration with Rizzoli International Publications, the world's leading publisher of high-quality illustrated books.

The partnership aims to bring the literary charm of The Library Bar at The Lanesborough to life by showcasing some of Rizzoli's finest books for hotel guests and visitors to enjoy from March to June. Additionally, the collaboration will provide a unique opportunity to meet and engage with renowned authors associated with Rizzoli.

During this period, The Lanesborough will host three exclusive author events in April, May, and June of 2023.

The first author evening, scheduled for Thursday, April 20th at 6:30 pm, will feature Christopher Jackson, Getty's Royal Photographer. Jackson, an acclaimed author and award-winning photographer, will discuss his publications, including the bestselling "Modern Monarchy" (Rizzoli, 2018), "Elizabeth II: A Queen for Our Time" (Rizzoli, 2021), and his latest book, "Charles III," set to be released in April 2023. Lastly, The Lanesborough will host an event in collaboration with The Mayfair Times Literary Festival on Tuesday, June 27th, starting at 6:00 pm. The event will feature India Hicks, a British designer, writer, businesswoman, and former fashion model. Hicks, who is known for her work in interior design and her association with renowned brands like Ralph Lauren, will discuss her book, "An Entertaining Story."

In this book, Hicks presents readers with her unique and irreverent take on style and entertainment. Drawing from her experiences, she shares her insights on hosting events full of personality and charm, whether it's a family supper, a grand dinner, or a cocktail hour. Hicks's anecdotes about her own family and life in the Bahamas and England add a personal touch to her storytelling.
