Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s beautiful Bar Bellini brings its name from the signature cocktail founded in 1948 by Guiseppe Cipriani in Venice. Cipriani’s white peach concoction reminded him of the soft pink color of a woman’s dress in Giovanni Bellini’s San Zaccaria Altarpiece painting, which inspired the cocktail’s name. It is traditionally made with Prosecco, but at Bar Bellini added Perrier Jouet Brut Champagne.

Cheval Blanc Randheli: Wine Museum and Cigar Lounge

The Renaissance Bar is for convivial get-togethers. An attractive choice of the finest cigars in the world, whisky, and the lounge’s inviting ambiance will set every aficionado’s pulse racing. Enjoy a nightcap or cigar by the big stone hearth, or perch on one of the original swivel leather bar stools as the bartender mixes your favorite cocktail.

Exclusivity, exceptional drinks, and the cocktail creations by Chef de Bar Andrea Delvo are what make the Renaissance Bar in the heart of Badrutt’s Palace such a special place. The most famous drink has to be the St. Moritzino with Cointreau, fresh lime, and orgeat syrup.

Baur Au Lac: Baur’s Bar

This remarkable bottle of red ranks as the Pauillac estate’s priciest wine of the past 30 years.
