LAMBORGHINI SHOW ALL NEW COUNTACH LPI 800-4
The latest Countach is limited to only 112 units worldwide.
Lamborghini finally showed the latest Countach. The All-New Countach LPI 800-4 comes as a limited edition model produced in limited quantities.
This car was only made in 112 units; the number indicates the internal project name 'LP 112', which was used during the development of the classic Lamborghini Countach.
The silhouette still implies the classic Countach that became the iconic product of Lamborghini in the 80s and 90s. The engine on the latest Countach still uses a V12 engine with hybrid supercapacitor technology. The terminology is described as Longitudinale Posteriore (LP) coupled with hybrid technology (I), the same technology used in the Lamborghini Sian.
Countach's newest engine can produce a combined power of 802 HP from conventional and hybrid engines with 769 HP from the traditional engine and 33 HP from the electric motor. As a result, the latest Countach can accelerate from rest to 100 km per hour in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of up to 355 km per hour.

The latest Countach comes with a monocoque chassis technology, and all body panels are made of carbon fiber. As a result, this sports car weighs 1,595 kilograms. The use of carbon fiber is also present in several parts, such as in the front splitter, around the front windows and mirrors, the hood cover, and some interior features.
“I imagine this new Countach is an evolution of its predecessor, an iconic super sport of the decade. This model carries Lamborghini's point of view discovering new designs and technologies to celebrate Lamborghini's DNA," said Stephan Winkelmann, President, and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, in an official statement.
Sharp lines from the front to the rear and firm design lines characterize this car. The Countach LPI 800-4 is like combining the five classic Countach models for 20 years.
The front immediately gives a classic impression, inspired by the Quattrovalvole edition, which features a long hood, a low rectangular grille with headlights connected to hexagonal wheel arches.
The hallmark of the Countach design line is clearly visible from the line from the front to the back, which seems strong. The iconic rear wing in the old version was not used; it was replaced with an integrated air scoop on the car's shoulder, which gave a sturdy impression. The distinctive classic Countach gill design is back to help supply air into the engine.

The sides look convincing, thanks to 20-inch rims at the front and 21 inches at the rear. The rim design, according to Lamborghini, is made in a "telephone" style, which is equipped with carbon-ceramic disc brakes and Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
The back of the LPI 800-4 is effortless to spot thanks to its sharp design with a hexagonal-shaped stop lamp with LED technology separated by three units on the left and right. The rear bumper features a lower, sleeker line with four exhaust pipes connected to a carbon fiber rear diffuser.
Most iconic is the access to the interior. Lamborghini returns to using the famous scissor door, first introduced in the Countach and became a hallmark of V12 engine products.
Lamborghini provides a leather interior in red and black. This premium material is given geometric stitching on the seats and dashboard, featuring a classic square motif. The entertainment side comes from an 8.4-inch touch screen that has connectivity to mobile phones and Apple CarPlay features.
Owners of the limited edition Countach LPI 800-4 can opt for exterior colors such as the iconic Impact White, Giallo Countach, and Verde Medio. The LPI 800-4 Countach will be delivered from the first quarter of 2022 to owners worldwide.
