A seasoned hotelier renowned for his exceptional leadership, Le Gall's previous position as General Manager for Hotel Fouquet's Paris showcased his ability to achieve remarkable results. Notably, he spearheaded the successful opening of the hotel brand's New York location, serving as Acting General Manager. His proficiency in cross-functional team management, project planning, and total quality management has been demonstrated through various high-profile roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing at distinguished establishments such as the Plaza Athénée Paris and Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris.
